If your Boulder Media Converter shows no power, there are several things to check: * Ensure the power switch is turned on. * Verify the converter is properly plugged into an AC outlet. * Check if the home circuit breaker has tripped and reset it if necessary. * Have the line voltage checked in case it is low. * Reset the breakers on the rear panel of the power supply. * Have the power supply cables tested.
