Assembling the trolley
Fit the lock key to the plastic block using the
connector rod for the garage door. Note that the
springmustbettedtothelockkey.
Fit the plastic lever arm to the end of the plastic
block using the split pin supplied.
Fit the cord and handle to the emergency release
on the plastic lever arm.
Nowttheplasticblocktothetrolleyusingthe4
machine screws supplied.
Note that it is necessary to remove the connector
rod from the plastic block to enable the screw to be
inserted into the hole.
Trolley functions
A. Closing: When you loosen the pull cord, the trolley’s locking mechanism will
automatically move out, and the garage door will go up and down. This is the
automatic reset of the trolley.
B. Opening: When the control arm moves into the trolley, fully pull the cord to
separate the trolley’s locking mechanism and the control arm so that the
garage door can be pulled up and down manually.
C. Self-locking: When the trolley is separated by the chain’s control arm, the
garage door will be locked.
