Function Description
The hand blender is primarily used for blending, whisking, and chopping. It is well-suited for preparing dips, sauces, salad dressings, soups, baby food, drinks, smoothies, and milkshakes. The whisk accessory is specifically for whipping cream, beating egg whites, and making sponge cakes or ready-mix desserts. The chopper accessories are designed for chopping hard cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, vegetables, bread, crackers, and nuts.
Important Technical Specifications
The device operates with two speed settings: "I" (On switch: speed «I») and "II" (On switch: speed «II»). The motor part (3) is the main power unit.

The appliance is designed for household use only and for processing normal household quantities. It is not suitable for microwave use.
Usage Features
General Operation:
- Assembly: Attach accessories to the motor part (3) until they click into place. The EasyClick release buttons (4) are used to detach accessories.
- Operation: Place the blending shaft or chopper into the ingredients, then switch the appliance on using speed «I» or «II».
- Safety: Always handle sharp blades with utmost care. Unplug the appliance when not in use, before assembling, disassembling, cleaning, or storing. Do not immerse the motor part or gearbox in water. Ensure the voltage matches the appliance's rating.
Blending Shaft (A):
- Attach the blending shaft (5) to the motor part until it clicks.
- Place the shaft into the mixture and switch on.
- Use a gentle up-and-down motion for desired consistency.
- For pureeing hot food, remove the saucepan from the heat and ensure the liquid is not boiling to avoid scalding. Allow hot food to cool slightly.
- Do not leave the hand blender in a hot pan on the cooktop.
Whisk Accessory (A):
- Attach the whisk (7b) to the gearbox (7a), then align and push the motor part (3) until it clicks.
- Move the whisk clockwise at a slight incline.
- Start with speed «I» to prevent splattering, especially in deep containers.
- Place the whisk in the bowl before switching on.
- Ensure the whisk and mixing bowl are completely clean and free of fat when whisking egg whites. Whip up to 4 egg whites at a time.
- For whipped cream, use speed «I» only and fresh, chilled cream (min. 30% fat content, 4-8 °C) for best volume.
Chopper Accessory (B):
- Before Use: Pre-cut foods into small pieces. Remove bones, tendons, and gristle from meat. Ensure the anti-slip rubber ring (8d/9d) is attached to the bottom of the chopper bowl.
- Assembly: Carefully remove the plastic cover from the blade. Hold blades (8b/9b) by the upper plastic part. Place the blade on the center pin of the chopper bowl (8c/9c) and turn to lock. Fill the chopper with food and put on the lid (8a/9a). Align the chopper with the motor part (3) and click together.
- Operation: Switch on the appliance. Hold the motor part with one hand and the chopper bowl with the other.
- Chop harder foods (e.g., parmesan cheese) at full speed.
- After chopping, unplug, press release buttons (4), lift the lid, and carefully remove the blade before pouring out contents.
- Caution: Do not use choppers for extremely hard foods like unshelled nuts, ice cubes, coffee beans, grains, or hard spices (e.g., nutmeg), as this can damage the blades.
- Do not place the chopper bowl in the microwave oven.
Maintenance Features
Care and Cleaning (C):
- Clean the hand blender and all suitable accessories thoroughly before first use and after every use with water and detergent.
- Unplug the hand blender before cleaning.
- Do not immerse the motor part (3) or gearbox (7a) in water or any other liquid; clean with a damp cloth only.
- The lid (9a) can be rinsed under running water but should not be immersed in water or placed in a dishwasher.
- All other parts are dishwasher safe.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners that could scratch surfaces.
- The anti-slip rubber rings can be removed from the bottom of the bowls for thorough cleaning.
- If accessories become discolored from processing high-pigment foods (e.g., carrots), wipe them with vegetable oil before cleaning.
