can be both used and cleaned under running water for better
hygiene.
Speed personalisation
You can select the right speed for your individual needs:
Speed 1 for extra gentle epilation, speed 2 for extra ef cient
epilation.

Silk-épil 7 gives you the freedom to epilate in comfort wherever
and whenever desired. With up to 40 minutes running time -
easily enough for a full epilation - and a 1 hour charge it runs
for longer and charges faster than many epilators.

Braun has designed the new Silk-épil 7 Wet & Dry, an
epilator that works in your shower or bath, for a gentler
epilating system.
For wet epilation:
• Bath: Begin epilating after relaxing in warm water for about 5
minutes. Hold your leg and epilator fully submerged, to make
your hairs lift underwater and therefore easier to grip.
• Shower: Your skin should really be moist during epilation. For
better results, apply a little shower gel.
For dry epilation:
• Your skin should be free of oil and entirely dry. Use your Olay
wipes to prepare your skin before epilating, for a cooler,
soothing effect.
• Brush across your skin against the direction of skin growth
to "lift" the short hairs. This gives the epilator a better grip on
them.
Run the epilator in an upward motion, against the direction of
hair growth. Change the epilator direction where needed.
Epilation novices may nd that their skin is slightly reddened
after epilating. It is best not to epilate the day you‘ve planned a
big night out, but the evening before. To soothe and create a
sleeker look, apply body lotion afterwards.
Regular use of a massage sponge (e.g. after your shower)
will help prevent in-growing of small hairs.
Continued use of the epilator will allow your skin to become
more accustomed to epilation, and to further enjoy Silk-épil’s
gentler touch.
