2 The lid of the
multicooker does
not open
The steam pressure has
not been relieved in the
multicooker.
Relieve the
pressure in the
multicooker using
the methods
described in the
section «How to
properly open
the lid of the
multicooker».
Open the lid of
the multicooker
only when the
steam pressure is
completely relieved.
The oat valve is stuck
in the upper position.
Use a thin object to
push the oat valve
down.
3 Steam coming
out from under
the lid of the
multicooker
The silicone gasket
is not installed on the
inner lid.
Install the silicone
gasket on the
inner lid.
The silicone gasket is
damaged.
Replace the silicone
gasket.
There are food remains
left on the silicone
gasket.
Keep the silicone
gasket clean.
The lid is not completely
closed.
Open and close
the lid of the
multicooker again.
4 Steam leakage
from the oat
valve for more
than 2 minutes
Food remains on the
silicone o-ring of the
oat valve.
Clean the silicone
o-ring.
Damage to the silicone
o-ring of the oat valve.
Replace the silicone
o-ring.
5 The oat valve
does not rise

food or water in the
cooking bowl.
Observe the correct
ratio of solid food
and liquid volume.
Add water to the
bowl for normal
steam generation.
The oat valve is
blocked by the lid lock
Close the lid
completely
6 Constant steam
output from the
pressure limiting
valve.
The pressure limiting
valve is in the steam
release position.
Turn the pressure
limiting valve and
make sure that it
is in the «Closed»
position.
The multicooker does
not maintain pressure.
Apply to the service

does not turn on.
The power cord plug
is not inserted into an
electrical socket.
No voltage in the
electrical socket.
Insert the power
cord plug into the
electrical socket.
Test the electrical
socket by plugging
in a known good
electric appliance.
Malfunction of the
multicooker.

center.
