The Breeo Luxeve Fire Pit is a smokeless fire pit designed for outdoor use, offering a blend of aesthetic appeal and functional efficiency. It is constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel, a material chosen for its durability and resistance to rust, allowing the fire pit to be left outdoors in all weather conditions year-round. Over time, the stainless steel will naturally develop a beautiful patina finish, which requires no special maintenance.

Function Description:

The primary function of the Luxeve Fire Pit is to provide a smokeless outdoor fire experience. This is achieved through its integrated X Airflow™ system, a key technical specification that optimizes combustion and minimizes smoke production. The fire pit is designed to burn wood efficiently, creating a clean and enjoyable fire.

Important Technical Specifications:

• Material: High-quality 304 stainless steel. This material ensures longevity and rust resistance.
• Smokeless Technology: Features the X Airflow™ system for enhanced combustion and reduced smoke.
• Fuel Type: Designed for burning dry, split hardwood. Kindling can be thinly split softwood, and firestarters like newspaper or cardboard are recommended.
• Fuel Diameter: Fuel pieces should be less than 4 inches in diameter for optimal airflow and burning efficiency.

Usage Features:

The Luxeve Fire Pit is designed for ease of use, with a clear five-step process for building an ultimate smokeless fire:

1. Choose Your Fuel:

   • Firestarter: Shredded newspaper or cardboard.
   • Kindling: Dry, thinly split softwood.
   • Main Fuel: Dry, split hardwood, with pieces less than 4 inches in diameter.
   • Emphasis is placed on creating maximum airflow throughout the fire-building process.

2. Build a Log Cabin:

   • Start with two full-size pieces of cordwood laid caddy-corner on the X Airflow™ system.
   • Place two pieces of kindling perpendicularly across the cordwood.
   • Fill the inside square with firestarter.
   • Continue the log cabin pattern with kindling, filling the center with firestarter (if using newspaper/cardboard) as you build up towards the top of the fire pit. If using other firestarters, they can be placed in the middle.
   • Taper the "cabin" inward as it approaches the top.

3. Light It Up:

   • Use a grill lighter or a long match to light the firestarter at the bottom of the log cabin. Regular matches are not recommended due to difficulty in reaching into the fire pit.

4. Feed the Flames:

   • Once a small blaze is established, gradually add cordwood, starting with smaller pieces and progressing to larger ones as the fire grows.
   • Lay pieces toward the perimeter of the fire pit's bottom to ensure even fire spread.

5. Let It Burn Out:

   • Allow the fire to burn out naturally. Do not pour water on the fire.
   • Never leave the fire unattended. If you must leave, cover it with a spark screen and ensure no flammable materials are nearby.

Safety Precautions (Crucial for Usage):

• Outdoor Use Only: The Luxeve Fire Pit is strictly for outdoor use. Never use it in a building, garage, or any enclosed area.
• Placement Surface: Always place the fire pit on a level, fireproof surface such as rock, stone, or dirt.
• Avoid Heat-Sensitive Surfaces: Never use the fire pit on wooden or composite decks, stamped concrete, or any other heat-sensitive surface.
• Extreme Heat: All surfaces of the fire pit become extremely hot during use. Do not touch any part of the fire pit until it has completely cooled, unless wearing protective gear (e.g., hot pads, potholders).
• Cool Down Before Moving/Storing: Do not move or store the fire pit until all ashes and coals are extinguished and all surfaces have cooled completely. Never touch ashes or coals to check if they are hot.
• Supervision: Exercise the same caution as with any open fire. Never leave the Luxeve Fire Pit unattended, especially around children and pets.

Maintenance Features:

• Ash Removal: Due to the X Airflow™ system, the Luxeve Fire Pit typically requires cleaning only after 4-5 burns, or once the ash reaches the holes in the X Airflow base.
• Cleaning Process: Wait until the fire pit has completely cooled. Use a Breeo® Ash Removal Tool or a small hearth shovel to scoop out the ashes.
• Ash Disposal: Dispose of ashes in a safe area.
• Storage Cleaning: Always clean out ashes before storing the fire pit or if it will not be used for long periods.
• No Rust/Burn-Through Warranty: Breeo, LLC offers a five-year warranty against rust-through or burn-through from the date of purchase, highlighting the product's robust construction and minimal maintenance needs related to corrosion.
• Natural Patina: The 304 stainless steel will naturally develop a beautiful patina finish over time, which requires no maintenance.

Warranty Information:

Breeo, LLC provides a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser against workmanship and material defects for the Luxeve Fire Pits and Accessories. Additionally, there is a five-year warranty against rust-through or burn-through. If a product is covered, Breeo, LLC will repair or replace it free of charge (excluding shipping/handling). Altering the product or using it outside its intended purpose voids the warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, negligence, tampering, modifications, acts of war, overloading, improper attachment, maintenance, or failure to maintain. It also does not cover damage to surrounding surfaces (patios, decks, furniture) caused by proper or improper use. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement at Breeo's option, and the purchaser must provide photos of defects for evaluation.
