Read this manual carefully before using the product.
WARNING
• To ensure correct installation and function, always follow these instructions.
• Do not dismantle or modify by yourself. Always ask an authorized person for repair.
• Do not install near extreme heat sources, moisture, or corrosive substances.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects and strong chemicals.
• Light sources are not replaceable.
• Do not interfere with the internal wiring.
• Only use 2x AA 1,2V NiMH (1200mAh) battery equivalent to the supplied battery.
• Suited for outdoor use.
• Should the product malfunction, light source rupture or become damaged, do not
use it. Instead, dispose of it in a safe, environment-friendly way.
• The product is designed for decorative lighting.
• The product is not a toy; do not put it in the hands of children!
• For any other problems during use, contact our Customer Support.
Mounting
• Unscrew the rear mounting plate on the backside. fig. 1
• Drill 2 holes of Ø 6 mm at the desired position (use mounting plate as a template
and make sure it is level) and insert the plugs. fig. 2 + 3
• Screw the mounting plate to the wall. fig. 4
• Turn the switch to the ON position. fig. 5
• Re-attach the light unit to the mounting plate fig. 6
(make sure the rubber ring seals well).
Operation
• To have the best performance, charge the solar lamp in the sun (min. 8 hours)
before your first time switch ON (also needed after replacement of batteries).
• The solar lamp will be activated automatically when the environment is dark enough.
Charging time
Approx. 6 hrs. by ≥ 40,000 lux
(Ref.: mid noon sunshine in summer = 100,000 lux)
Note: A sunny, bright day will make the LED’s light up longer than on a dark, cloudy day.
Also make sure the solar panel is clean (free of dirt, leaves, and snow).
Runtime (fully charged)
Approx. 7,5 hrs.
