The Brewly Automatic Can Sealer ACS-1 is a specialized machine designed for sealing round plastic or aluminum cans with 202 CDL-type lids. It's suitable for businesses or industries that need to package beverages or liquids in cans of various materials, shapes, and sizes.
Function Description:
The primary function of the ACS-1 is to securely seal cans. Users fill a can with their chosen liquid, place a lid on it, and then position the can in the machine's Can Adaptor. By pulling a lever to lock the can in place and pressing the START button, the machine initiates an automatic sealing process. The sealing is performed by rollers that create a tight seam on the can lid. Once the sealing is complete, the lever is released, and the sealed can can be removed. The machine is designed for efficiency, capable of sealing up to 1000 cans per hour.
Important Technical Specifications:

- Can Adaptor: Includes a 500ml Standard Can Adaptor. Other adaptor sizes (e.g., 330ml Standard, 440ml Standard, 330ml Sleek) are available separately and use the 500ml adaptor as a base.
Usage Features:
- Intuitive Controls: The machine features a clear display showing status information and a counter, along with distinct START and STOP buttons. Status LEDs provide visual feedback on the machine's operation.
- Lever Mechanism: A lever is used to firmly lock the can into position between the Can Adaptor and the Chuck before sealing, ensuring stability during the process.
- Adjustable Turntable Height: The turntable height is factory preset for 500ml Standard Cans but can be adjusted if needed to achieve a perfect seam. This adjustment involves loosening the Turntable Nut with the provided tool, manually rotating the turntable up or down with fingers until the can is firmly locked without being too tight or too loose, and then re-tightening the nut. This feature is crucial for accommodating different can sizes or ensuring optimal sealing quality.
- Emergency Stop Button: A dedicated STOP button acts as an emergency stop, immediately halting the sealing process and roller movement if something goes wrong. To reset after an emergency stop, the button must be pressed again, followed by powering the machine OFF and ON, and then pressing START to return rollers to their resting position.
- Counter Reset: The internal counter can be reset to zero by holding the STOP button while powering the machine ON.
- Seam Quality Check: After sealing the first can, it is recommended to perform a seam quality check by holding the can upside down over a sink and squeezing its sides to check for bubbles or leaks. This helps ensure the sealing is effective.
- Sanitation Reminder: Users are advised to always sanitize cans and lids before use.
Maintenance Features:
- Pre-lubricated: The machine comes pre-lubricated and ready for immediate use.
- Relubrication: Over time and with use, the ball bearing and rotating parts below the 500ml Standard Can Adaptor may require relubrication to ensure smooth operation.
- Dry Environment Requirement: The machine needs to be kept in a dry environment, and liquids should not be allowed to enter it.
- Safety Precautions: Users are warned not to touch sealing rollers, chuck, can, or can adaptor during operation. The back cover should not be opened due to the risk of electric shock. The power supply must be grounded. Any power line connection changes should be handled by a licensed electrician. The machine should be placed on a solid surface, and no other items should be placed on top of it.
