Do not use on elevated surfaces or when infant pushes up or reaches 15 lbs.
Infants have suffocated in gaps or on soft bedding. Use only manufacturer's pad.
Ensure bassinet sheets fit securely and avoid strings around neck or over bassinet.
Pediatricians recommend placing healthy infants on their backs to sleep.
Unfasten the closure strap to begin opening the bassinet.
Open bassinet until side hinges align and click audibly.
Straighten end supports until hinges align and click audibly.
Attach mattress pad with fasteners facing down and ensure it is centered.
Press buttons on side hinges and fold until metal support tubes touch.
Press end support hinges and continue folding until bassinet is flat.
Fasten the closure strap to secure the folded bassinet.
Fitted sheet is machine washable. Mattress pad is surface washable only.
Discontinue use at 3 months, 15 lbs, or when baby pushes up on hands and knees.
