B. incorrect use or failure and damage due to unwarranted repair
or modification;
C. failure and damage due to dropping etc.;
D. failure and damage due to fire, earthquake, flood, lightning,
and other extraordinary natural phenomena;
E. failure to present this guarantee, the receipt, and the defective
product;
F. the store and the date of purchase missing from this
guarantee.
3. This guarantee is only valid in Japan.
4. This guarantee is only valid for a product imported and sold by
BRITA Japan Co., Ltd.
5. We will not reissue this guarantee. Store it carefully so as not to
lose it.
6. This guarantee shall not restrict the user’s legal rights in any
way.
7. If a repaired or replaced product fails again within one year but
more than one year after the time purchase, it shall no longer
be repaired or replaced free of charge. To apply for repair or
replacement, contact the BRITA Customer Service shown below.
