Harness Buckle Removal
Fully recline the child restraint.
Locate the metal-buckle strap
retainer on bottom of the
restraint.
Pull retainer away from child
restraint to loosen.
Turn the retainer so the short side will go through the
slot in restraint shell.
Push the retainer through slots in the shell and cover, to
the top of the restraint.
Rethreading the Harness Buckle
Locate slot in cover and shell for harness buckle.
Turn the buckle retainer so the short side will go through
the slot in the cover and restraint shell.
Pull harness buckle away from restraint until tight, then
verify the strap is not twisted and the release button is
facing outward.
