If the LED shows the message below, the printer has run out of toner or the toner is not evenly distributed
inside the cartridge.

Replacing the toner cartridge
Follow these steps to replace the toner cartridge. You can also view the toner cartridge replacement
method in the instructional video on the supplied CD-ROM:

Open the front cover of the printer.

Pull out the drum unit assembly.

To make sure you get high quality print, use quality toner cartridges. When you want to buy toner
cartridges, call the dealer you bought the printer from.
We recommend that you clean the printer when you replace the toner cartridge. see Cleaning on
page 5-12.
