- Adjust the handset volume.
Step Cause Remedy
1 Curled cord failure Replace the curled cord ASSY.
2 Handset failure Replace the handset.
3 Hook switch PCB failure Replace the hook switch PCB ASSY.
4 Modem PCB failure Replace the modem PCB ASSY.
