PROSTEEL SAFE REPLACEMENT OFFER
ProSteel will repair or replace (at ProSteel’s discretion), free of any charge,
any ProSteel manufactured safe produced after April 1, 2002 that is
damaged during a successful break-in or by a fire during the lifetime of
the original consumer purchaser, provided the purchaser’s homeowner’s
insurance does not cover the claim. The safe must be returned to the
factory by prepaid freight, along with a report by the investigating
polic
e or fire department, and documentation from the
purchaser’s/policyholder’s insurance company stating that the claim
is not covered. A comparable new safe or the repaired safe will be
returned to the owner via freight collect.
Note: This offer specifically excludes the contents of the safe, and
damage due to acts of God, terrorism or war. Please notify ProSteel by
letter or phone to receive proper instructions on how to proceed with
this replacement offer. (This offer is valid for safes only, and does not
include other security products such as the Safe Extender and the
Rifle/Shotgun Display Cases.)
