Hold the side button for 2 seconds to turn the band on or off. A blue light indicates the device is on.
Press the button once to start low frequency vibration. Press again to cycle through different vibration levels.
Apply vibration therapy for 25-45 minutes for maximum pain relief.
Recharge via USB; a blue light signifies a full charge, providing up to 45 minutes of use on high frequency.
Spot clean as needed, air dry flat. Keep the charger opening dry. For adult use only; do not dry clean.
Brownmed warrants against manufacturing defects for one year. Defective units will be replaced.
