INSPECTION

Remove NSI cable from the recoil case. Remove
the reel stopper spring and reel stopper.
INSPECTION
IMPORTANT: If any part is worn excessively,
cracked, defective, or damaged, it must be
replaced.
Inspect the ratchet (pawl), stopper arm, and all
springs.
Inspect the reel and recoil case.
Inspect the recoil rope.
Inspect the recoil spring.
