Ad j ust OUTPUT LE V EL for a 20 dB deAecHon on type 1024,
Adjust the iron core in filters Z 5-6-7-8 -9 to max. deflect ion on type 1024.
Adjust potentiometer P 9 for 285 mV on OU T PUT LE V EL potentiometer.

Short- circuit gl on V 12 (C 91, C 92, R 144) to ground.
t\A.eosure the 3.5 kHz signal on L OAD. It should be at least SOdB below 10 V.
If necessary adjust Pl.
Adjust the ascillator at line frequency after a warm up time of 5 min.
Adjust the osc illator at line frequency by means of FREQUENCY INCR. after
20 min. and 15 hours dnft.
Frequency drift: max. ~ 7 Hz for each period.
If necessary adjust trimmer ("AII Fig . 1) and check that t. immer "B" is in a
position
that it is poss:ble to zero adjust the osci lla tor.
Should the equipment be used frequently in conjunction with the level recorder, or other instruments whose motors are used
to drive th o:: c apacitor spindle, then occasional lubrication of the mognet slip ..... ing and capacitor - sl ip per is necessary. Pe-
troleum jell y should be used to lubricate these parts.
Note: 00 not lubricate t he ball bearing of the tuning capacitor spindle and the magnet clutch .
