From instrument Serial No. 82939 the Type 2203 meets the American
Standards Specification for General Purpose Sound Level Meter, ASA S1.4-
1961. Since random incidence is specified in this standard a Random In-
cidence Corrector UA 0055 must be fitted to the microphone.
Also the German Standard; DIN 45633 is fulfilled. The table Fig. 5.6 gives the
tolerances Recommended by IEC.
