"Fast" and "Slow" in accordance with I EC Recommendation 179.
"Impulse" in accordance with proposed extension to I EC 179.
"Imp. Hold" indicates maximum RMS level of input signal. Integrating
time constant 35 msec. Decay time < 0.05 dB/sec.
"Peak Hold" indicates maximum PEAK Level of input signal.
Rise time <20 JJ.Sec. Decay time <0.05 dB/sec.

These limits are increased by 0.5 dB for crest factors between 10 and 20,
and by 1 dB for crest factors between 20 and 40. See also Fig.4.15 and
