5. Mount the accelerometer on the Accelerometer Calibrator. Switch the
Calibrator to "Internal Gen." and adjust the ACC. LEVEL control to
indicate the mass of the accelerometer on the lower scale. The Cali-
brator now operates at a level of 1 g peak.
6. Turn the controls of the 2209 to
WEIGHTING NETWORK

having checked that the batteries of the 2209 are in good condition.
