The records are stored in non-volatile memory, which is pow-
ered by the backup battery. All records are preserved when
you turn off the instrument.
The following parameters are stored in each record:

● MinL
● Time and frequency weightings
● Time and date of measurement
● Measurement duration
● Overload status
The following data functions are available via windows that
are displayed when you press :
● Save the buffer to a record
● Recall a record to the screen
● Print results of the last measurement
● Download spreadsheet data of records
● Erase last record
● Erase all records

1.5.4 Backlight
Type 2239 A includes a backlight, which makes the display
easier to read in low light situations. Press to turn it on
or off. To save batteries, the light will switch off automatically
after 30 seconds.
