4.3 Transferring Records to a Computer
Type 2239 A can store up to 40 records of measured results.
For more information about saving records, see section 4.1.
All records can be downloaded to a computer in a standard
spreadsheet format. This enables you to read, print, and
present your test results in any standard spreadsheet program
(such as Microsoft
®
Excel).
4.3.1 Connecting to a Computer
1. Take a set of measurements and save each to a record.
See section 3.2 and section 4.1 for instructions.
2. Switch off the sound level meter and take it to your computer.
3. Switch off your computer.
4. Connect one end of a Cable AO 1442 to the serial port on
the back of the sound level meter, using the screws to
secure it.
