Introduction

Brüel & KjærModular Precision Sound Analyzer Type 2260
User Manual
3.1 Introduction
This chapter will tell you how to configure your analyzer.
The configuration of the analyzer is set up via two menus:
system menu: for configuring the analyzer using various
service functions that are independent of the application
software installed (for example, copying/deleting files and
changing application)
set-up menu: for configuring the analyzer’s output and
measurement set-up (for example, which data are to be
measured). The set-up will depend on the application soft-
ware in question.
For an overview of these menus, see Chapter 9 and the rele-
vant application softwares manual.
