If there is no memory card inserted in the PCMCIA slot,
an error message will appear on the display.
4. To find out how much is on another memory card, remove
the first memory card, insert the other one and press the
<Change Drive> soft key twice.
The Space menu (see Fig.4.3) shows the usage of the space
in this memory card.
If there is no memory card inserted in the PCMCIA slot,
an error message will appear on the display.
5. Use the
<File Detail> soft key to toggle between file
details displayed in terms of either date and time or date
and size in kbytes.
4.4 Moving Around the File Structure
4.4.1 Directory Information
The File Manager menu (see Fig.4.2) shows the current direc-
tory and its contents.
The area above the horizontal line in the menu area shows
the current directory. The area below this line shows, in al-
phanumeric order:
● The sub-directories of the current directory (indicated by
its name)
then:
● The files in the current directory (indicated by the file
name and extension together with the date and time of its
creation)
In the various File Manager menus, the
soft key area can be
reduced via the hard key to show more of the display.
