8. Press the <Select All> soft key to select all files and
sub-directories in the directory.
A * appears beside all files and sub-directories in the
directory.
9. Press the
<Deselect All> soft key to deselect all files
and sub-directories in the directory.
Any * disappears from all files and sub-directories in the
directory.
10. With the desired files and sub-directories selected, press
the
<Delete> soft key.
Confirming the Delete Command
A pop-up window appears on the display (see Fig.4.11)
before deleting occurs.
11. Press the
<OK> soft key to delete the selected files and
directories (and their sub-directories) and return to the
Tools menu (see Fig.4.6).
If you try to delete directories containing any files or di-
rectories containing any sub-directories with files, the de-
