Chapter 7 – Measurement Data
Introduction
7.1 Introduction
Measurement Data is output by the amplifier using the query message shown in
Fig.7.1.
Measurement_Data:Current_Data causes the amplifier to return the data as it is
specified in Display_Set_Up (Rms, POsitive_Peak, NEgative_Peak, or Peak_Peak).
That is, from 1 to 3 results can be output.
Measurement_Data:All_Data causes the amplifier to return all four (Rms,
POsitive_Peak, NEgative_Peak, and Peak_Peak).
The Status boxes correspond to Measurement Status Event Register and the Opera-
tion Complete Event Register respectively. See section 5.3.2 .
Note: When autoranging is on, the corresponding measurement results will be “0”.
This can be observed in the Measurement_Status (Status Box 1).
