6. Retrieving the MATRON-Light after a period of use
6.1 Unlock the padlock.
6.2 The 2250-M might appear to be inactive but this is only because the lights will have
turned off. Using the stylus, tap on the screen to activate the back-light and the green
traffic lights will also appear.
If a “Disk Full. Measurement has been paused” error message appears, move to
instruction 6.8.
If the profile display is not changing each second, tap on the
symbol (right-hand side,
just above main results screen).
6.3 Apply sound level calibrator Type 4231 to the microphone and activate by pressing
(
On/Off
on some models).
6.4 The calibration level will now be recorded. After approximately 20 seconds, switch off the
calibrator and remove it from the microphone.
6.5 Press the key (Pause/Start) once. The traffic lights will now change to a flashing
amber colour.
6.6 Press
(Store) to save the results. Note the File Number in which your results have
been stored – this is found at the top left hand part of the screen, e.g.
. The first
part is the date (year:month:day) and the 003 is the third set of results that day (see section
2.2.7 for details on Auto-naming your results).
6.7 Switch off the 2250 Hand-held analyser by pressing
(On/Off).
If the memory card is full

Follow instructions 6.1 and 6.2 and if the memory card is full, you will see the following
message:
The orange lights will flash every second.
6.8 Tap on

6.9 Tap on
(Menu) followed by .
6.10 Tap on the file name (e.g
as created in Section 3.22/3) and choose from the
drop-down list.
