1 Safety Guidelines
1.1 About this Manual
This manual and the manual of the supplier contain general information and guidelines
about the Bruker AXS instruments, which have to be observed to ensure personal safety,
as well as to protect the product. These notices are highlighted in this manual by the warn-
ing symbols and are marked as follows according to the level of danger.
DANGER
DANGER indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in
death or serious injury.
