similar modes of operation.
Chambers that are included are the following:
HTK 1200N: High temperature chamber using oven heating to generate temperatures
up to 1200°C in various atmospheres.
HTK16N: High temperature chamber using a strip heater to reach temperatures up to
1600°C in various atmospheres.
HTK 2000N: High temperature chamber using a strip heater to reach temperatures up
to 2300°C in vacuum or up to 1600°C in various atmospheres.
TTK 600: Low- and high temperature chamber capable of reaching temperatures
between -190°C and 600°C in vacuum or room temperature and 450°C in various
atmospheres.
XRK 900: High temperature reactor chamber for in-situ studies using a furnace heater
to reach temperatures between room temperature and 900°C under gas pressures up
to 10bar.
HPC 900: High temperature reactor chamber for in-situ studies using a furnace heater
to reach temperatures between room temperature and 900°C under gas pressures up
