The water flow controller must be inserted in the backflow of the CHC plus chamber.
7.4 Configuring the Chamber in DIFFRAC.MEASUREMENT
CENTER
Normally, Anton Paar stages come preinstalled with a new system or will be installed by a
Bruker technician upon purchase. They should therefore be ready to use. If this is not the
case, or for some reason the chamber needs to be reinstalled in DIFFRAC.MEASURE-
MENT CENTER, we refer to chapter CHC plus [}107] of the Appendix.
7.5 Operation
NOTICE
Operation above 300°C requires vacuum. Operation below ambient temperatures
requires inert gas (down to ‑120°C) or vacuum (down to ‑180°C). See Anton Paar
