9. When the scan is set up, save it as a .bsml file.
10.In the START JOBS plug in of DIFFRAC.MEASUREMENT CENTER, load the job by
selecting the .bsml file in the Experiment Name column. Name the output file in the
Result File Name column.
11.Finally, in the Script Name column, select C:/ProgramData/BrukerAXS/Scripts/
MeasureAlign.cs. This is the script that will run the alignments during the
measurement.
