The Bryan CLM Series boilers are high-efficiency hot water and steam boilers designed for commercial and industrial applications. They feature a "Flexible Water Tube" design, which is guaranteed to be shock-free and offers a 25-year warranty against thermal shock. These boilers are available in a range of sizes from 900,000 to 3,000,000 BTUH input and are atmospheric gas-fired.
Function Description:
The Bryan CLM Series boilers are designed to provide hot water and steam for space heating systems, as well as high or low-pressure process steam. Their flexible bent water tube design promotes rapid internal circulation, maximizing heat transfer and operating efficiency. The boilers are suitable for a wide array of applications including healthcare facilities, schools, apartments, churches, office buildings, correctional facilities, airports, sewage treatment plants, golf, tennis, and fitness clubs, hospitals, dairies, restaurants, laundries, dry cleaners, food processing, tire recapping, and metal plating. All boilers are built in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements.

Usage Features:
- Compact Design: Requires less floor space than most boilers, minimizing boiler room size.

- Atmospheric Equipment: Electronic combustion safety control, automatic operating gas valve, safety gas valve, pilot solenoid valve, electric ignition assembly, main manual gas shut-off valve, pilot shut-off valve, pilot and main gas pressure regulators, barometric draft controller. All controls are factory installed and wired for standard voltage 120/1/60.
- Control Panel: All controls are installed and connected to a terminal strip.

Maintenance Features:
- No "Thermal Shock": The flexibility of the bent water tube design eliminates damage from thermal shock and stresses caused by poor or unequal internal circulation, which is particularly important for forced hot water heating systems with higher temperatures and greater temperature drops.
- Easily Replaceable Tubes: Tubes are easily removable and replaceable without welding or rolling, requiring little service space. Never more than two tube configurations.
- Accessible Interior: Water side or steam side interior is accessible for clean-out and inspection via front and rear openings, and upper and lower drums.
- Jacket Access Panels: Make the interior of the boiler easily accessible for service and inspection.
- Boiler Tube and Furnace Area Access Panel: Heavy gauge steel casing with 2" high temperature ceramic fiber and insulation, bolted and tightly sealed to the boiler frame.
- Heavy Gauge Steel Boiler Jacket: Rust-resistant zinc coating and attractive enamel finish, insulated with 1½" fiberglass for a cool outer surface.
- Minimum Sized Flue Vent: Designed for efficient exhaust.
- Serviceability: All controls, gauges, and relief valve(s) are factory installed, wired, and easily accessible for servicing.
