The Bugaboo Girae’s seat
and footrest can be adjusted
without any tools, just a
simple click and slide.
An ergonomic seating position
means:
• Siing upright against the
backrest
• Elbows touching the table
• Knees bent at a 90

angle
• Feet flat against the footrest
• Space (4 cm/1.5 in) between
the legs andseat for
maximum comfort
Only adjust the chair when
nobody is siing on it!
Tip
If the feet are already touching
the ground while siing,
you can hide the footrest
by sliding it to the highest
position to create more leg
space.
