Fan only operation
The fan can be used on its own without the heating
element. It can be used to defrost frozen food.
IMPORTANT - Before using this method for
defrosting, refer to food packaging for defrosting
details.
To operate the fan turn the main oven control 1.
knob clockwise to the fan symbol, as shown in
fi gure 9.
Put the food to be defrosted in the oven and 2.
close the door.
When the food is defrosted, remove the food 3.
from the oven.
Turn the main oven control knob to 0 (off).4.
