Wiper for front windscreen
 This lever is used to control the wiper and washer for front windscreen. The wiper for
front windscreen can be switched in the following five modes:
 MIST: point wiping
 OFF: turn off
 INT: intermittent wiping
 LO: low-speed wiping
 HI: high-speed wiping
