If the powertrain has severe coolant
and oil leakage, stop the vehicle for
inspection.
The powertrain needs break-in. It is
recommended that this be done within
the 󽗉rst 2,000 km in economic mode
by smoothly driving, instead of high-
speed driving. The following practices
can e󽗈ectively prolong vehicle service
life:
Avoid 󽗊ooring the accelerator pedal
when starting and driving the
vehicle.
Avoid speeding.
Avoid emergency braking within the
󽗉rst 300 km.
Do not maintain a high or low speed
for too long.
Do not use the vehicle to tow other
vehicles within the 󽗉rst 2,000 km of
mileage.

The vehicle can tow a trailer only when
equipped with towing function.
Do not make non-approved
modi󽗉cations. Contact a BYD
authorized dealer or service provider
to install the towing kit and related
software updates. BYD does not
assume any responsibility for injuries
or damage caused by non-approved
modi󽗉cations.
The towing capacity depends on
various factors such as vehicle
speci󽗉cations, loads, road conditions,
and trailer speci󽗉cations. The total
towing weight must not exceed the
limits below:

To tow a trailer, adjust the tire pressure
to accommodate additional loads.
Keep front tires in󽗊ated to 280 kPa and
rear tires to 310 kPa.
Please observe applicable local laws
and regulations regarding towing. For
driving safety, avoid speeding and
overloading.
For towing, the technically permissible
maximum mass on the rear axle may
be exceeded by no more than 15% and
the technically permissible laden mass
of the vehicle may be exceeded by no
more than 100 kg. In these instances,
the vehicle speed must not exceed
100 km/h and the rear tire pressure
must be at least 20 kPa above the
tire pressure recommended for normal
use.
Towing other vehicles will have
an adverse impact on the
vehicle, including maneuverability,
performance, braking, endurance,
