You can also restrict your vehicle's
communication with the BYD data
server and the processing of vehicle-
related and personal data by setting

On the infotainment touchscreen, tap
to turn Wi-Fi o󽗈.

This can also be done by tapping
→ System → Internet → WLAN → O󽗈.
Disclosure of Personal Data to
Authorities

BYD will not disclose your personal
data to third parties unless this
is legally permissible or you have
consented to it.

However, subject to applicable
laws, government agencies may be
authorized to read out data from
vehicles (for example, data can be read
from the airbag control unit to clarify
an accident).

If required by law, BYD may also
be obliged to disclose data upon
request to governmental authorities in
your country/region, such as in the
investigation of a criminal o󽗈ence.
