the door, and drain water inside vehicle;
3. Pull out service switch;
4. Call the BYD authorized service shop for help.
■ For towing the vehicle, contact a BYD authorized service provider. Never have your
vehicle towed by another vehicle using ropes or iron chains only.
Most common towing methods:
■ Flatbed device – The operator will load your vehicle onto a truck. This is the best way to
tow your vehicle.
■ Be sure to gradually slow down the vehicle and keep the vehicle running in a straight
line. Slowly drive the vehicle away from the crowded traffic to a safe place.
■ Turn off the vehicle and turn on the hazard warning lights.
■ Pull up the EPB switch and press the "P" button.
■ Be sure to have all passengers get off the vehicle and ask them to go to a safe place
away from crowded traffic.
■ Confirm if any tyre is flat. For slow leaking, fix the tyre with tyre repair kit and tyre
puncture sealant. After tyre fixing, the vehicle running speed should be lower than 80
km/h.
