The system's display, located
inside the vehicle above the rear
window, can be seen by looking
over your shoulder.
When the vehicle speed is less than
8 km/h (5 mph) and you shift into
reverse gear, the system will turn
on automatically. Three lights on
the display will turn on to let you
know that it is working.
A chime will sound when an object
is first detected.
Use the following chart to inter-
pret the display warnings and
determine the distance between
the vehicle and an object.
