For the 3.6L V6 twin turbo engine
(LF4) only, there is an optional low
mass batter y that can be used for
track events. If the vehicle has the low
mass batter y installed and the battery
has a low State of Charge (SOC), the
vehicle can be jump start ed the same
way as if the regular batter y was in
the vehicle using the following
procedure. For more information on
the low mass batter y, see Battery -
North America 0 308 and Track Events
and Competitive Driving 0 211.
If the battery has run down, try to use
another vehicle and some jumper
cables to start your vehicle. Be sure to
use the following steps to do it safely.
