Playing an MP3
Follow the same instructions for playing an MP3 disc as
given at the beginning of this section for playing a CD.
j / r (Pause/Play):
1. Touch this button to pause the CD.
2. Touch this button again to play the CD.
Random:
1. Touch this screen button to hear the disc played in
random (tracks and folders), rather than sequential,
order.
2. Touch Random again to turn off random play.
r (Rewind):
1. Touch and hold this button to rewind quickly
through a track selection. Sound is heard at a
reduced volume.
2. Release this button to stop rewinding. The display
shows the elapsed time of the track.
[ (Forward):
1. Touch and hold this button to fast forward quickly
through a track selection. Sound is heard at a
reduced volume.
2. Release this button to stop fast forwarding. The
display shows the elapsed time of the track.
