This product is intended for use to protect and prevent against risks of falling from above in industry, in construction
work, in rescue and, more generally, for any application of work at a height.
Use
Insert Goblin on the rope as illustrated in ƬJ, observing the rope direction marked on the device (ƬJ). After
installing, always conduct a locking test to verify correct insertion direction (ƬJ). Always check the correct closure
of the attachment hole connector [5] $ VDIHW\ FRUG FDQ EH LQVHUWHG EHWZHHQ WKH FRQQHFWRU DQG VSHFLƬF KROH [10]
to prevent loss of the device: take particular care so that the length and position of the cord does not interfere
with the proper operation of the device. To connect the device to a harness use exclusively EN 362 oval connectors
with the following characteristics: length 109 mm (+/- 5 mm), minimum breaking load 25 kN (C.A.M.P. connectors
Art. 0981-1455-1456-1878-2123-2124-2125 are recommended) (ƬJD). For the extension use only the “Webbing
Lanyard” connection sling Art. 2030026F - 2030040F - 2030074F or “Goblin Rope Lanyard” Art.213901 - 213902
(ƬJE). Do not use other types of lanyards and/or energy absorbers. The anchor point must be located above the
work area and must be in compliance with the EN795 standard and/or known to have a resistance of 12 kN (metal
anchors) or 18 kN (fabric anchors). Never ascend above the anchor and avoid creating any slack on the rope (ƬJ).
Fixing or tensioning the rope is not necessary but, to improve sliding, application of a light weight at the bottom
of the rope is useful (< 5 kg). The rope must not shift laterally, otherwise take appropriate precautions to prevent

in the instructions below. Below this clearance distance, the user must take particular care because he may not be

the free end is knotted or slotted in order to prevent the device from accidentally coming out of the safety line.
The maximum weight of the user, including the equipment, is 100/120/150 kg for single use and 200 kg for double
use in rescue (see chart A). High or low temperatures, humidity, rain, ice, oil or dust can negatively impact the
performance of the device and the ropes combined with it. Main materials of the device: aluminum allow, stainless
steel. Main material of the anchor lines to be used: polyamide. For installation of a drop proof cord see ƬJ (only
