Computer connection problems
I cannot import images to a computer.
Install EOS Utility (EOS software) on the computer ( ).
Make sure the main EOS Utility window is displayed.
If the camera is already connected via Wi-Fi, it cannot communicate with any computer
connected with an interface cable.
Check the version of the application.
