posal customization and records retention are accomplished in one
easy step. In this example, a customized cover page is scanned to
an imageRUNNER 3045/3035 devices’ Mail Box where it’s merged
with a previously stored proposal page and appropriate product
brochure. The new file is then printed in booklet mode for profes-
sional presentation in hard-copy form even as it travels via e-mail
directly to the customer as well as your own network folder for record
retention.
