It provides web link access to top page of the iPF web pages of each regional sales company.
The “imagePROGRAF Support Information” can be started from the Support screen of the printer
driver or the shortcut on the desktop of PC, and then users can easily and quickly obtain the latest
product information and beneficial information when necessary.
In addition, it also enables to call up product manual or paper reference guide installed in user PC
to click the “User Manual” button in the Support screen of the printer driver, or the “User Manual”
button or the “Paper Reference Guide” button from the “imagePROGRAF Support Information”.
z An installer newly added to Manual CD
When users install a printer driver with integrated installer, user manual is also installed together
with the printer driver. The user manual, which has locally been stored on the computer, can be
accessed whenever necessary.
z Obtaining media information
Clicking the “Get Information…” button collects detailed information on a medium being presently
set in a printer, such as its media type, media feed method, and media width (or media size).
Users can obtain the media information in each use.
