Cancel the creation of log files
When a software failure occurs, the system automatically creates log files that contain all the
crucial information for your service organisation to analyse and solve the problem. Creating the
log files can take up to half an hour. It is possible that the log files were already created at the
previous occurrence of the error. Therefore, you might not want to wait half an hour for the log
files to be generated. You can cancel the creation of log files to reduce downtime of the printer.
Cancel the creation of log files and restart the system
Touch [Cancel and Restart] to cancel the creation of log files.
