It depends on the Settings Editor setting [Configuration]→[Users]→[Configure user login]→
[Access to control panel] if users are allowed to view and change the control panel options
without user authentication.

to view Settings Editor] if users are allowed to view the Settings Editor without user
authentication. When you can view the Settings Editor without logging in, the name
Visitor is
shown.
Log in with a factory defined user account
When you use a factory defined user account, you can select the user account from a list.
