Please keep this instruction manual for future reference
- Unattended cooking on a hob with fat or oil can be dangerous
and may result in re. NEVER try to extinguish such a re with
water, but switch off the appliance and cover the ame with a
lid or a re blanket.
- The cooking process has to be supervised. A short-term
cooking process has to be supervised continuously.
- Constant supervision is essential when deep-frying; ambéing
is not permitted.
- Danger of re: Do not store items on the cooking surfaces.
- If the surface is cracked, switch off the appliance to avoid the
possibility of electric shock.
- For induction hobs, metallic objects such as knives, forks,
spoons and lids should not be placed on the hob surface
because they can get hot.
- Metal items worn on your body may become hot in the
immediate vicinity of the induction hob. Caution: Risk of
burns. Non-magnetisable objects (e.g. gold or silver rings) are
not affected.
- For induction hobs, after use switch off the hob element using
the touch controls. Do not rely on the pan detector.
- Only hob protective grids and hob covers produced or
recommenced by the hob manufacturer or recommended may
be used. The use of unsuitable hob protective grids and hob
covers may result in accidents.
- Inappropriate hob guards can cause accidents.
