Cause (A.) and Corrective Action (B.)
The NET/GROSS key was pressed when there is
no stored tare.
A. The load on the scale exceeds the capacity of
the scale.
B. Remove the excess load.
A. The indicator is trying to display a positive
number with more than six digits or a negative
number with more than five digits.
B. Return to Gross weight mode and review the
Tare weight. Might indicate incorrect
calibration.
A. Motion was present when a print was initiated.
B. Wait for a stable indication before printing.
