Medical Equipment OAS pump isn't powering on and no LEDs are lit, check these items: * Make sure the power cord is fully plugged into the power module on the back of the pump and the wall outlet. * Confirm that the Master Power switch on the back of the pump is in the 'on' position.

  If your Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. Medical Equipment OAS pump isn't pumping saline, consider the following checks: 1. Ensure the OAS pump is properly powered on. 2. Verify the saline bag and tubing are correctly connected without kinks, and there's enough saline to prevent the low saline level sensor from activating (red LED off). 3. Confirm the saline tubing is correctly routed through the pump's guides and the tubing door is closed. 4. Make sure the yellow LED is off and the green LED is on. If not, press the green Start button. If the green LED is flashing while the yellow LED is illuminated, press the green Start button twice. 5. If the pump still doesn't restart, power it off and on using the Master Power switch.
